Processing & Delivery Time

• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery Time: Once shipped, orders typically reach you within 3–8 business days depending on city/pin-code. 

Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders: Qualify for free standard shipping.
• COD Orders: Carry a nominal fee of ₹100.

Tracking

You will receive an SMS/Email with complete tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

Packaging

All products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit and ensure a safe delivery.

Delays & Exceptions

We strive to ensure timely deliveries. However, courier delays, weather disruptions, festive load, or other force-majeure events may occasionally affect estimated timelines.

Claims for Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is lost, unduly delayed, or delivered in a damaged/tampered condition, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery by emailing care@dazzsheen.com.

All claims for damaged or defective jewellery are processed strictly as per our Returns & Exchange Policy, which requires a complete unboxing video, clear photographs, and adherence to the 48-hour reporting window.
No claims can be reviewed without these mandatory proofs.

Upon verification, our team will assist you with a replacement or Online Credit, as applicable.

Failed or Returned Deliveries (RTO)

Our courier partners make up to three delivery attempts. If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailability, refusal to accept, or missed attempts, the shipment will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).

Once the order returns to us, we can re-ship it upon your request.
A ₹250 re-shipping charge will apply.

For all Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders that are returned to us, re-shipping will be done only after full online prepayment, including the additional shipping fee.

Returns/Exchanges
