Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using www.dazzsheen.com (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms govern your purchase and use of all products, services and content offered by DazzSheen (“we”, “us”, “our”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site immediately. We may modify or update these Terms at any time without notice, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of such revisions.

Use of Website

By using this Site, you agree to access it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate any applicable laws or infringe upon the rights of others. You also agree not to misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the functioning of the website, nor attempt to access, copy, or extract any content, data, or code by unauthorized means. All information you provide while placing an order, creating an account, or communicating with us must be accurate and complete. Any misuse of the Site or its content may result in restriction of access or legal action where applicable.

Product Information & Pricing

We make every effort to present accurate product descriptions, images and pricing; however, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen differences, natural material variations or manual craftsmanship. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may be updated without prior notice. Order acceptance is based on successful payment (for prepaid orders), serviceability of your PIN code and our internal verification. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that appears fraudulent, incomplete or policy-violating.

COD Orders

We offer Cash-on-Delivery (COD) for select pin codes as an added convenience for our customers. By choosing COD at checkout, you agree to provide accurate delivery details, remain available to receive the order, and accept the shipment upon arrival. Repeated refusal, non-availability, or misuse of the COD option may result in restrictions on future COD orders. In the event that a COD shipment is returned to us due to non-acceptance or failed delivery attempts, the order will only be re-shipped after full online payment of the product value along with the applicable re-shipping charge.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Quality-Related Claims

All quality-related issues—including damaged, defective, or incorrect items—are handled strictly under our Returns & Exchange Policy.
Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery by emailing care@dazzsheen.com.

As per our policy, claims must include:

  • a complete and continuous unboxing video (showing sealed package → opening → product), and
  • clear, unedited photographs of the issue.

Claims raised beyond 48 hours or without the required proofs may not be eligible for review. After verification, we may offer a replacement or Online Credit depending on stock availability and policy guidelines.

Cancellations & Claims

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. For quality-related issues (including damage or incorrect products), you must raise a claim within 48 hours of receipt with valid proof. After verification, we may offer a replacement or store credit as per our Returns & Exchange Policy. Claims submitted outside the specified timeframe may not be accepted.

Warranty & Liability

DazzSheen does not provide any warranty or guarantee on jewellery items. Product longevity is dependent on usage, storage habits and exposure to moisture, perfumes or chemicals. By shopping with us, you acknowledge that natural wear and tear is expected and does not qualify as a defect.

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, DazzSheen shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site, delays, inaccuracies, product variations, courier handling, or events beyond our control. Your sole remedy for any issue related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that product.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including product images, designs, text, graphics, layout and logos—is the exclusive property of DazzSheen. Any reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. You agree not to misuse or interfere with the Site’s functioning.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
